Evening Snacks

I have been wanting to make pizza weeks ago. Two days ago, I went out lunch with Swan and she gave me a packet of dried yeast. Finally, my first home-toaster-baked pizza was the snack for the night! Ahem.. It was tasty with only tomato paste, onion and cheese.

Last night, I made simple tuna roll as snack. Ingredients: Cream cheese, onion and bread. I think tonight no more snacks as I can see bro&sis must be scared of me.. hehe..

Lantern Festival 2010

First time we attended Lantern Festival organized by RC here. We were greeted with songs by residents, dances and beautiful lanterns.

Clarke Quay Taiwanese Food Fair - The food is over priced and the taste is completely off. We spent $10 for two small bowl of noodles, $2 for 2 fishballs, $3 for 4 small prawnballs & $5 for a mango+durian desert.
