Steamed Fromage Cheese Cake (Before & After)

The taste was good! Too bad that the paper cup that I bought supposed can be used for steaming, it turned out not! Ugly presentation but taste yummy!

Tempe - saw this in market on Sat morning. So bought one to try it out. Mum helped to fried it. Err.. I would say I dont know how to appreaciate but mum likes it.

Kwai Leng Gou - its chinese herb jello. Mum makes it every time she is here.

Homemade yogurt - I forgot the steps & simply prepared the culture. Now its time to pray.... Hopefully after 24-hours, it can be eaten..

NDP 2010 @Padang

First time to NDP. Everyone was given two packets of bread, 2 bottles of plain water, 2 boxes of water, some candies & biscuits in goodie bag. The weather was very hot at 5pm and lucky that we brought umbrella. The event started as scheduled at 5:30pm and those holding umbrellas, I can't see any after that! The parade, the aero performance, the lightings, the fireworks, the dancing all were fantastic!

A Day Out @Universal Studio Singapore

It was a sunny day. A perfect day for outdoor activity. But the weather was so hot that everyone was perspiring while trying to enjoy the fun @Universal Studio. As usual, the queue for every attraction was long. Waiting time can be as long as 2hours! We managed to get on few rides though. List of the attractions:

1. Madagascar is still under construction.

2. Far Far Away - we watched Shrek 4D which was funny! The donkey sneezes and its saliva spill on everyone, watch out for the spiders below the chair etc. Besides, the junior roller coaster at Enchanted Airways was thrilling too.

3. The Lost World - Niece loves Dino-Soarin. She went twice! As for us, we went for Canopy Flyer. Our legs were hanging below and when it turned, I felt like I was falling apart!

4. Ancient Egypt - Revenge of The Mummy's indoor roller coaster is adventurous. In total darkness, I screamed crazily!

5. Sci-Fi City - The main attraction among all but too bad it is still closed with further notice..

6. Water World - performance as in the movie Water World.
